They'll try to make better than Fiber n they r planning to give 2 phone lines with 10 lkhs . They r arranging now but already done the training for MPS installation . i've all details of it n i'll paste it here when i'll free . Sorry for right now coz. m so busy .

1. Ah, no. The CPU cache is built into the processor chip (now-a-days). 10 years ago (or more) the cache was implemented as an external memory simm, but no longer.
2. There is another side of cache mentioned in the answer: Cache costs the CPU manufacturer money: The bigger cache, the more silicon surface area, the bigger the die, the lower the yield, the more the silicon costs to produce..
